pgs Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use pgs and how we keep that data protected. Our approach centres on transparency—we explain every data practice, every third-party processor, and every legal basis we rely on. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers, and we do not track you across other websites for advertising purposes.
We understand that account security and data confidentiality matter to you. When you register on pgs, verify your identity, deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, or request a withdrawal, you entrust us with sensitive details. Our policy sets out exactly what we do with those details, how long we keep them, and the safeguards we apply. We operate service centres across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang, and our support team can explain any aspect of this policy during business hours.
Services are available only where local law permits. We do not operate in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited, and we rely on you to verify that access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's law.
What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you provide it directly or when we need it to run the pgs platform legally and securely. When you register, we ask for your email, a password, and basic contact information. When you request account verification (KYC), we collect copies of your national identity card or passport and proof of address. We use these documents to confirm your identity, verify your age and eligibility, and comply with anti-money-laundering laws that apply to our pgs service.
Payment data is collected when you deposit or withdraw. If you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive confirmation details from the payment provider—your name, transaction amount, and timestamp. We do not store your full payment credentials (card numbers, account passwords); our payment processors handle that encryption. We keep transaction records for up to seven years to satisfy regulatory requirements and to help resolve disputes on your pgs account.
We collect usage data automatically—your IP address, device type, browser version, and the pages you visit on pgs. We use this to detect fraud, prevent abuse, and improve our platform's stability. We also log game activity (which slots you play, tournament participation, betting patterns) to calculate your account balance, track your payout history, and respond to your withdrawal requests.
Cookies on pgs
We use cookies to remember your login session, store your language preference, and track how you interact with our slot games (Mahjong Ways, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Tiger, Aviator). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may limit your ability to access your pgs account.
How we share your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing. We share data only when necessary to run pgs, and only with processors bound by confidentiality agreements. Our payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and our banking partners online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) receive transaction details to complete your deposit and withdrawal requests. Our cloud servers may be located outside your jurisdiction, but we apply encryption and access controls to protect data in transit and at rest.
We may disclose your information if required by law—for example, if a court orders us to provide account records, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We co-operate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in supported jurisdictions. We also share anonymised, aggregated data with analytics providers to understand how pgs is used and to improve our service; this data cannot identify you personally.
If you use our pgs mobile app or access the platform during holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, we may use your location data (with your permission) to tailor promotional messages and tournament schedules. You can revoke location permission in your device settings at any time.
Your rights on pgs
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request a copy of what we hold about you, contact our support team with your account email and verification documents. We will respond within 10 business days. You can also update your profile information directly in your pgs account settings—email, phone, address, and preferences.
If you ask us to delete your account, we will close it and securely delete most personal data. However, we retain transaction records, identity documents, and login history for up to seven years to comply with financial regulations and to settle any outstanding claims. You cannot withdraw this deletion once submitted, and you will lose access to any remaining balance on your pgs account.
Our pgs data protection commitments
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) to protect data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest. Our servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion-detection systems, and regular security audits. We limit employee access to personal data—only staff directly involved in account support, compliance, or fraud prevention can view your details, and only when necessary.
We undertake regular vulnerability testing and penetration exercises to identify and fix security gaps. If we discover a breach that may affect you, we will notify you by email within 72 hours and explain what information was exposed and what steps we are taking to contain it. We maintain cyber-liability insurance to cover the cost of breach notification and remediation.
Our pgs policy complies with data-protection principles recognised in supported jurisdictions. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that would deny you access to your account or pgs services. We do use automated systems to detect suspicious login patterns (for example, a sudden login from a different country) and to flag potential fraud—but a human reviewer will contact you for confirmation before taking action on your pgs account.
This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the pgs platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of pgs after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. If you disagree, you may request account closure.
