We require three documents for KYC verification on pgs: a valid national ID (KTP) or passport showing your full name and date of birth; a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter) dated within the last three months; and a phone number that we will verify by SMS. If you forget your pgs password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address, and we will send you a password reset link. Click the link in your email to create a new password. The reset link expires after one hour. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can verify your identity and send a new reset link. Password resets are processed within one business day. Once you reset your password, log in with your new credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for additional security.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra security layer to your pgs account. To enable 2FA, log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Security. Choose your 2FA method—we support SMS verification and authenticator apps. If you choose SMS, we will send a code to your registered phone number each time you log in from a new device. If you choose an authenticator app, scan the QR code and enter the code shown in the app. Once enabled, you will need to enter your 2FA code every time you log in. Save your backup codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your 2FA method, contact our support team to regain access to your account.
